"Google says they open at 9. They do not open at 9. Super easy to update your Google hours, this isn’t rocket science. It’s always something with this office. Either they don’t answer the phone when they are open or they never call you back. UPDATE: “Alexis” is obnoxiously rude and unprofessional. Pray you don’t get her when you call 2nd Update after the “owner” responded: it doesn’t matter if someone slept in the office the night before; your phone system says the office is closed. So it’s irrelevant if someone was there at 7:30 am. Fix your broken phone system. Do better."

"Working with Megan Chicone – State Farm Insurance Agent has been one of the most aggravating professional experiences I’ve had. The level of incompetence is honestly shocking. Basic concepts have to be explained multiple times, straightforward requests are misunderstood, and tasks that should be routine somehow get botched or ignored entirely. There is a clear lack of critical thinking and attention to detail—two qualities that are absolutely non-negotiable in the insurance industry. What makes it worse is the absence of ownership. Mistakes are brushed off, follow-ups require constant chasing, and resolutions only happen if you essentially do the job for them. Instead of guidance, you get confusion. Instead of expertise, you get delays and incorrect information. It feels less like working with a professional and more like supervising someone who is wildly out of their depth. When you’re trusting someone with coverage that affects your finances, assets, and peace of mind, this level of ineptitude is unacceptable. There are plenty of agents who are competent, responsive, and capable. This is not one of them. One star. Look elsewhere. PS I also agree with a previous one-star reviewer: Alexis should not be answering phones—let alone anywhere near one. Her entitled and snotty attitude is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, and it perfectly sums up the overall experience with this office."
